TL;DR

Focus on resolving complex customer issues, influencing product enhancements, and optimizing engagement strategies for churn mitigation and growth.

Location: Remote (United States or Canada)

Salary: $100,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Drive customer adoption and enablement through 1:1 plans and technical guidance.
  • Contribute to scalable 1:many initiatives like webinars and educational content.
  • Engage strategically with customers and serve as a feedback loop for product enhancements.
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize engagement strategies and mitigate churn risks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of data observability and security (SIEM, APM, logging, metrics).
  • Comfortable with enterprise software, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience creating and delivering compelling technical content.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%-20%.
  • Must live in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a similar scaled customer success or technical account management role.
  • Experience with various cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Data Engineering/Analytics platforms (Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Snowflake).
