What you will do

• Copy edit and proofread internal and external communications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Review physical and digital design proofs for adherence to creative briefs.
• Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice through style guides and nomenclature.
• Lead editorial review and governance processes to improve content quality.
• Communicate and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Legal teams.
• Keep editorial resources up to date and communicate updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of significant copy editing and proofreading experience, focusing on marketing copy and design layouts.
• Firm grounding in U.S. English style, usage, grammar, and punctuation.
• Impeccable proofreading and editing skills, with the ability to match various styles while maintaining brand consistency.
• Sharply honed attention to detail and passion for the editing process.
• Ability to review and edit copy across websites, digital advertising, and product packaging.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a milestone-based environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating within a larger team.

• Experience with technical language.
