Salary: $122,000–$163,000

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational support on processes and standards across the local data center portfolio.
• Evaluate and improve technical operational processes and procedures in collaboration with the team.
• Manage technical library content and structure to ensure global accessibility and relevance.
• Audit processes and procedures (PPM system, reporting, statutory files) for compliance.
• Review operational procedural documents from commissioning documentation and site drawings.
• Execute operational and performance risk assessments and develop, track, and maintain procedures with the Operations Team.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes and procedures.
• Proven track record in evaluating and improving technical operational processes and procedures.
• Technical knowledge of High-Risk emergency operating procedures and Data Center compliance standards.
• Familiarity with critical facilities commissioning standards and operations procedural documents.
• Experience executing operational and performance risk assessments.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export-controlled information without a required export authorization.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with large-scale AI hyperscale environments.
• Advanced certifications in Data Center Management or relevant engineering disciplines.
