What you will do
- Own the User Acquisition process, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
- Take a data-driven approach to analyze campaigns, funnels, and creatives daily, developing clear rules for advertising campaigns.
- Generate creative ideas in collaboration with SMM, PMM, and GM.
- Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, covering demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
- Organize brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses (creatives, funnels, ad campaigns) with PMM, CMM, and GM.
Requirements
- Proven User Acquisition experience.
- Ability to work effectively with creative managers.
- Excellent research skills, including audience analysis, competitor research, and performance marketing channels.
- Structured thinking and strong project management skills.
- Ability to present research findings and ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Data-driven and analytical approach.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.
Nice to have
- Copywriting experience.
- Experience working with funnels or funnel optimization.
