What you will do
- Create artistic 3D artworks with modeling, texturing, rigging and animating for mobile games.
- Research reference materials and provide detailed explanations of creative ideas.
- Work cooperatively within an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment, reporting to the Art Team lead.
- Improve the overall display effect and artistic atmosphere of the product through the combination of materials, lighting, and other means.
- Contribute to the overall design of the game by bringing new ideas and features.
Requirements
- 5+ years prior professional experience in developing mobile games as a 3D modeling artist.
- Ability to quickly create and texture 3D character models from 2D concepts, ready for rigging and animation in Unity.
- Skilled at using Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and other mainstream software to create low poly 3D designs.
- Knowledge of Unity and production management tools.
- Mastery of 3D art fundamentals, including topology, materials, proportion, anatomy, animation, and mobile game constraints.
- Talented eye for detail, shapes, proportions, composition, colors, and lighting in a 3D setting.
