What you will do
- Lead and coordinate a 3D art team during game development projects.
- Collaborate closely with Art and Creative Directors to align their vision with technical constraints and project scope.
- Document and organize data about the project art pipeline and workflow.
- Create artistic material and assets, including characters, props, and environments.
- Ensure art assets meet strict real-time rendering performance and requirements.
- Research and develop new techniques, sharing knowledge and staying updated with industry trends.
- Provide support for the art team, coordinating and reviewing their work, and mentoring less experienced artists.
Requirements
- Previous experience (5+ years) with team coordination and leading 3D art teams.
- Ability to create original 3D content using modeling, mapping, texturing, shader, and lighting techniques, optimized for real-time environments.
- Great grasp of anatomy, perspective, volume, color, lighting, atmosphere, and overall composition.
- Experience with CGI production software like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
- Great experience with Unity Engine, real-time VFX, and shader development.
- Knowledge of modern UV mapping techniques and ability to work across different artistic styles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with independence and task prioritization.
- Willingness to observe, absorb, and modify work based on artistic criticism.

- Experience with Unreal Engine.
- Skilled with rigging tools and good timing for animation.
- Experience with the process of developing games.
