What you will do
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail), including segmentation and A/B testing.
- Partner with internal teams to guide messaging, targeting, and design for email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide timely reporting and insights to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and client experience.
- Review and refine campaign content through editing, proofreading, and occasional copywriting.
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex lifecycle marketing challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools, including ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or similar platforms.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with experience using performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-centric mindset with proactive engagement and strong problem-solving skills.
