Account Manager, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving client goals.
• Provide superior client service, acting as a point of contact and escalating issues to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct robust data analysis to identify trends, analyze program outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Design influencer recruitment, communication, content, and incentive strategies to foster long-term partnerships and drive lower-funnel value.
• Manage multiple influencer marketing programs with strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks based on client objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working for an influencer marketing agency or brand, managing client and/or creator relationships.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel influencer marketing strategies, including flat fee and affiliate payment models.
• Solid understanding of omni-channel and direct-to-consumer marketing, with a track record of successfully running influencer campaigns.
• Advanced Excel capabilities for formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
• Excellent communication, presenting, and pitching skills for new influencer campaigns and receiving client approval.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
