What you will do
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
- Support Account Managers in the coordination and execution of client requests.
- Resolve issues related to client websites, campaigns, or accounts.
- Address basic client campaign and account questions.
- Track all reactive client emails for timely acknowledgement.
- Utilize hirify.global technology (Platform, CSX, CMS) to answer basic client questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-1 year of experience, including internships, suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to professionally correspond with both internal teams and clients.
- English: B2 required.
