What you will do

• Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
• Support Account Managers in the coordination and execution of client requests.
• Resolve issues related to client websites, campaigns, or accounts.
• Address basic client campaign and account questions.
• Track all reactive client emails for timely acknowledgement.
• Utilize hirify.global technology (Platform, CSX, CMS) to answer basic client questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-1 year of experience, including internships, suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to professionally correspond with both internal teams and clients.
• English: B2 required.
