What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-load backend services using Python.
• Build and evolve asynchronous systems with asyncio.
• Optimize PostgreSQL for read/write intensive workloads under heavy load.
• Utilize Redis for core infrastructure (coordination, queues, locks, rate-limiting).
• Participate in system design for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Debug production issues and improve system performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer, particularly with high-load backends.
• Strong practical understanding of asyncio and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including query planning and optimization for high-load queries.
• Advanced Python typing experience (Generics, Protocols) for large codebases.
• Experience working with Redis beyond simple caching.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (debugging, logs, basic Helm understanding).
• English: B2+ (Intermediate+) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or Rust.
• Experience with Kafka or other message brokers.
• Experience in the GameDev domain.
• Comfortable operating in production environments with live traffic.
