What you will do

• Develop and implement game features, particularly characters, quests, scripting, and UI.
• Improve engine modules as needed to ensure proper implementation of game components.
• Develop tools when necessary to support the team’s workflow and game production.
• Ensure optimal game performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of development experience in video games.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5 (C++).
• At least one significant development experience on PC, Switch, Xbox, or PlayStation.
• Ability to collaborate in an iterative and constructive manner within a team.
• High adaptability, with a preference for versatility over specialization.
• Interest in a wide range of programming areas, with a desire to learn new topics.
• Strong autonomy and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Gameplay-oriented mindset, comfortable with iterative design processes.
• Experience in PC/console development as well as mobile.
• Knowledge of C# and Python.
• Experience developing simple web services such as Apache/Python/JavaScript/MySQL.
• Experience or interest in narrative-driven games.
