VP of Marketing & Growth (Insurtech): Owning hirify.global's end-to-end marketing and growth agenda as part of the Revenue Team, encompassing brand, demand generation, pipeline generation, content creation, and market presence. Focus on defining and executing B2B growth strategies, leading a marketing team, and ensuring measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue in complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.

Location: Brussels (preferred) or Europe-based, with regular on-site presence (minimum once per month)

hirify.global is a leading insurtech scale-up with an international team of 120+ colleagues based in Brussels, helping companies orchestrate digital embedded insurance experiences.

What you will do

  • Own hirify.global's marketing and communications positioning across brand, product marketing, PR, and content.
  • Lead and develop an autonomous marketing team, setting clear objectives, metrics, and operating cadence.
  • Define and execute hirify.global's B2B growth and marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Own top-of-funnel and mid-funnel marketing performance, contributing to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Take ownership of hirify.global's event strategy, including flagship events and industry conferences.
  • Own marketing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting, partnering closely with product, sales, and revenue leadership.

Requirements

  • Hands-on B2B marketing experience across different roles and seniority levels is required.
  • Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing B2B environment, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of growth levers, demand generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling a marketing team.
  • Comfortable being highly visible externally and internally, representing hirify.global on stage and in meetings.
  • Structured, organized, and data-driven mindset, confident working with KPIs and performance metrics.

Nice to have

  • Active presence on LinkedIn or other professional channels.
  • Existing network in B2B SaaS, fintech, or insurance ecosystems.
  • Based locally or willing to travel regularly to the office long-term.
