TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Onboarding new customers and ensuring their success with an accent on building renewal processes and resolving ongoing customer issues. Focus on expanding customer accounts and providing product feedback to improve the hirify.global platform.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-person 5 days a week).

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and ensure their success with the hirify.global platform.
  • Build out and optimize customer renewal processes.
  • Create best practice guides and maintain the Knowledge Base.
  • Resolve customer issues and act as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to expand customer accounts.
  • Provide product feedback to the Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of recruiting processes and challenges.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large number of customer interactions.
  • Product-minded approach to customer success.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work 5 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a recruiter or sourcer.
  • Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) strategies.
