TL;DR

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 USD.

What you will do
- Onboard new customers and ensure their success with the platform.
- Build out and optimize customer renewal processes.
- Create best practice guides and maintain the Knowledge Base.
- Resolve customer issues and act as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to expand customer accounts.
- Provide product feedback to the Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes and challenges.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a large number of customer interactions.
- Product-minded approach to customer success.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work 5 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience as a recruiter or sourcer.
- Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) strategies.
