What you will do

• Assist in developing RFPs and pitch materials.
• Create compelling game concepts for pitches that align with client requirements.
• Meet with clients to discuss project ideas and pitch concepts.
• Lead game design development from start to finish once a project has been secured.
• Manage a team of 1-3 designers to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
• Assist with other pitches and RFPs as needed on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Submit a resume referring to examples of previous work.
• 9+ years of game design experience and 3-5+ years of mobile or social game design experience (mobile experience is a must; console/PC experience is nice to have).
• Experience interacting with clients, pitching, presenting, and creating game concepts.
• Understand the impact of social features such as player guilds and chat systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Technical understanding of the game development process.
