What you will do

• Provide high-level creative direction and strategic guidance to support franchise vision across multiple projects.
• Evaluate builds and deliver structured, ongoing feedback to external development partners.
• Establish and maintain shared design pillars to ensure project cohesion and quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize work, evaluate milestone feasibility, and scope projects.
• Contribute hands-on design expertise in areas like systems design, level design, and UI/UX as needed.
• Maintain awareness of audience expectations and community sentiment to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior or lead design roles across multiple shipped titles.
• Solid expertise in IP-critical design spaces, specifically level design and UI/UX.
• Demonstrated experience working with external studios or co-development teams.
• Strong systems design and holistic game design capabilities.
• Ability to work hands-on in-engine when required.
• Familiarity with publishing or multi-project development environments.
