What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s regional data strategy across EMAP markets.
• Partner with senior leaders to align data strategy with global vision and regional market dynamics.
• Define key data assets required to lead the market and measure their effectiveness and ROI.
• Support product strategy for Decisioning, Identity & Fraud, and Analytics software.
• Drive hirify.global’s growth and transformation leveraging data, AI, and technology.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in data strategy, data management, or analytics consulting with a proven track record.
• Minimum 5 years shaping business strategies in financial services or credit risk solution providers.
• Experience with identity, fraud, and analytics products across the credit lifecycle.
• Experience navigating regulatory environments and ensuring compliance in data governance and privacy.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple markets and cultures.
