What you will do

• Understand customer use cases and pain points to develop responsive product solutions.
• Evaluate existing subsystems to discover and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact and product vision.
• Create clear, comprehensive functional design descriptions in collaboration with UX and engineering teams.
• Define key metrics and monitor product adoption, user engagement, and feature impact.
• Drive the timely delivery of features, ensuring a high-quality user experience and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Champion YouTrack internally and externally by acting as a product evangelist and delivering demos or presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management for B2B products.
• Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.
• A strong track record of owning a product or major product area throughout its entire life cycle.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to gain insights from usage, analytics, and user feedback.
• The ability to balance technical complexity, usability, and business needs in prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Experience in engaging with customers through user interviews and feedback sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Some level of written and spoken German.
• A technical background in software development.
