What you will do
- Define the marketing strategy, brand tone, and messaging pillars for assigned titles across their lifecycle.
- Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and partner channels.
- Build and maintain a marketing calendar aligned with development milestones and content updates.
- Design and deliver campaigns supporting new player acquisition, re-engagement, and community retention.
- Manage and support a small cross-functional team (Community Managers and Content Creator).
- Monitor community sentiment and player behaviour to inform marketing and publishing decisions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in games marketing, ideally across both new launches and live service titles.
- Demonstrable track record of authoring and leading integrated campaigns and cross-functional planning.
- Experience managing and developing community or content-focused team members.
- Confident in interpreting player behaviour and sentiment to guide strategy and communications.
- Skilled in briefing and reviewing creative assets across formats and platforms.
Nice to have
- Well-networked within the games industry, influencer communities, and/or platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with platform promotional tools, storefront merchandising, or co-marketing.
- Experience working closely with development or production teams.
- Exposure to lifecycle marketing, player segmentation, or CRM tools.
