Location: Hybrid from Newcastle, UK (in-studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Deliver a wide range of graphic design materials that enhance commercial and B2B activity.
• Create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent assets such as pitch materials, website designs, and presentations.
• Confidently take briefs, manage your workload effectively, and deliver polished design solutions.
• Align designs with Sumo Digital’s and hirify.global's brand guidelines, as well as bespoke designs.
• Contribute to a structured pipeline of work, supported by hirify.global’s production processes and team.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience and proficiency in graphic design, including marketing examples.
• Good working knowledge of software including PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of core principles of graphic design.
• Experience delivering graphic design content to strict technical specifications and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal, written, and visual forms.
• Experience in a Marketing agency background.
