What you will do
- Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter as a primary KPI.
- Shape the long-term vision and strategy of the product leveraging market research and user data.
- Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap with a focus on revenue growth and feature delivery.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of features maximizing monetization.
- Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new features and product enhancements.
- Establish and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven history working on subscription-based digital products.
- Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics with quantifiable outcomes.
- Advanced understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and experience with component-based design systems.
- Highly analytical, with a track record of leveraging user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, promoting operational excellence, and delivering high-impact features at speed.

- Background in EdTech or assessment products.
