What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation.
• Develop and deliver design insights and solutions to enhance product usability and brand experience.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to translate requirements into design objectives.
• Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior designers on best practices and design standards.
• Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.
