What you will do

• Work embedded in a cross-disciplinary product team on PS Partners platform enhancements.
• Craft design solutions from conceptual stages through product releases using sketches, service blueprints, user flows, and Figma prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to iterate designs and balance technical feasibility with product quality.
• Partner with product managers to align scope with user needs and advocate for a user-centric approach.
• Present designs to stakeholders, explaining user needs and design rationale.
• Contribute to and maintain central UX team resources such as the design system and user archetypes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience as a UX/Digital Product Designer with demonstrable experience working on Enterprise/B2B software products.
• Proven track record in working through the entire design process, from Discovery and scoping to detailed production and launch.
• Strong core UX design skills, with experience designing IAs, user flows, screen layouts, and UI components.
• Familiarity with web application design patterns, standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience working closely with software product teams (developers, product managers, user researchers, and business stakeholders).
• Experience in Service Design, or mapping and working with complex and large-scale user journeys.
• Experience running User Research Interviews and Usability Tests and using results to iterate upon design solutions.
• Experience leading Workshops and Group Design Sessions.
• Great communication skills with the ability to present design work with confidence and clarity, explain design rationale, and champion ideas.
• Excellent soft skills, with the ability to explain and promote a user-centric design approach and strategy.
• A portfolio or presentation showcasing your work and design process.
