What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design, from discovery to delivery.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows.
• Translate requirements and AI capabilities into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews.
• Run customer workshops and validate solutions through rapid prototyping.
• Contribute to our Design System and shape scalable patterns for AI-driven experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX or Interaction Design.
• Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise products.
• Strong facilitation and design-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools.
• Experience with WCAG-compliant design and user research.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in the design process.

Nice to have

• Create clickable prototypes using Figma Make or similar tools.
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries at scale.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, BPM, or legal tech.
• Experience with analytics or data visualization tools.
