TL;DR

FP&A Manager (SaaS): Building, maintaining, and owning an integrated three-statement financial model and leading planning cycles for a fast-growing SaaS business with an accent on defining and tracking key SaaS metrics and managing incentive compensation. Focus on translating complex financial data into actionable insights, driving efficiency, and building scalable financial infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid, based in London. Must be legally able to work in the specified region of the job.

What you will do

  • Own and maintain hirify.global’s integrated three-statement financial model and lead annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes.
  • Provide rapid, accurate scenario analysis to support executive decision-making and fundraising.
  • Define, track, and report on key SaaS metrics to the Board and investors, explaining performance drivers.
  • Benchmark performance against industry peers and "best-in-class" SaaS standards to highlight areas for operational improvement.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Leadership to design and administer incentive compensation plans across the group.
  • Lead the transition from manual Excel-based workflows to automated reporting and ensure data integrity between finance and data teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in FP&A or Commercial Finance, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Best-in-class Excel/Google Sheets skills for building complex, integrated financial models that are logical, auditable, and error-free.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS unit economics, including the difference between booked vs. recognized revenue and how to calculate a weighted CAC payback period.
  • Hands-on experience designing or managing commission plans (e.g., OTEs, accelerators, cliffs) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to distill complex financial data into simple narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment), BI tools (Looker, Tableau), or Commission tools (Spiff, CaptivateIQ).
