Location: London - Hybrid (4 days in office)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Lending Operations team for SME client lending and supplier finance.
  • Ensure team performance meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve complex operational escalations.
  • Design and implement workflows for new products, considering cross-border variations.
  • Drive process engineering and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain robust controls to mitigate Trade-Based Money Laundering (TBML) risks.
  • Ensure all lending operations remain compliant with local and international regulations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SME lending and trade operations.
  • Solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Fixed Forwards, Window/Parallel Forwards).
  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced FinTech or high-growth Financial Services environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive "continuous improvement" mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
