What you will do
- Lead and manage the Lending Operations team for SME client lending and supplier finance.
- Ensure team performance meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve complex operational escalations.
- Design and implement workflows for new products, considering cross-border variations.
- Drive process engineering and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain robust controls to mitigate Trade-Based Money Laundering (TBML) risks.
- Ensure all lending operations remain compliant with local and international regulations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SME lending and trade operations.
- Solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Fixed Forwards, Window/Parallel Forwards).
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced FinTech or high-growth Financial Services environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Proactive "continuous improvement" mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
