What you will do

• Systematically map the market landscape to identify strategic adjacencies and potential acquisition targets.
• Develop and maintain financial models, including DCF and comparable company analysis, for valuation.
• Support the due diligence process by coordinating internal and external teams and reviewing target company data.
• Serve as the primary project manager for M&A transactions, overseeing all phases from initial contact through closing.
• Coordinate communication and documentation flow among internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Contribute to the initial stages of post-merger integration planning to ensure smooth transition and synergy realization.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A activities.
• Ability to transition between detailed analytical work, strategic market mapping, and robust project management.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong structuring, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development roles, preferably with a focus on fintech/software and private equity portfolio companies.
