Salary: $141,300–$226,000 annually

What you will do

• Architect, design, and develop next-generation networking paradigms for Virtual Private Cloud.
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and performant enterprise-grade networking system software stack.
• Influence architecture and design consensus across VCF products.
• Implement efficient kernel and user space software, including unit and integration tests.
• Debug, analyze, and resolve issues adeptly.
• Drive timely and efficient resolution of complex customer issues and escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years relevant industry experience in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Operating System concepts with experience in Systems & Kernel programming.
• Strong expertise in C/C++/Python programming.
• Prior experience in networking stack software development, with industry work experience in L2/L3 forwarding.
• Good conceptual understanding of software-defined networking, network virtualization, overlay networking, distributed network systems, data center networking, and cloud computing.
• US work authorization is required.
