Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA, USA. Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.

Salary: $87,220 - $130,600 per annum

What you will do

• Proactively and efficiently support hirify.global's Optical PAM4 DSP products.
• Own and drive customer issues to resolution.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and hirify.global to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with field application engineers and line managers to gather and communicate customer needs to marketing and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Optical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in C and Python.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Except for U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals, all applicants may be subject to an export license review process prior to employment based on U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), analog circuits, and system hardware.
• Hands-on lab experience with strong problem-solving abilities.
