What you will do
- Maximize Live Ops Performance: Drive the strategy and execution of live events and sales to hit aggressive revenue and engagement targets.
- System & Feature Ownership: Spec out and manage the development of scalable Live Ops tools and monetization features.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze event performance metrics post-launch to generate actionable insights and iterate on future configurations.
- Pipeline Management: Orchestrate the workflow between Product, Art, and Engineering to deliver a robust content schedule.
- Economy & Offer Strategy: Design and refine segmentation strategies and economy sinks/sources to drive conversion and sustain the game’s long-term health.
Requirements
- Background in game design, live ops, or product management.
- Experience with casual / lifestyle games, with a preference for female-focused experiences.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making.
- Passion for cozy/creative experiences and player-first design.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Curious, experimental, and open to new workflows, including AI-assisted design.
