What you will do

• Develop and execute engaging LiveOps event and monetization strategies, balancing player enjoyment with business goals.
• Utilize analytics and player feedback to drive decisions, refine strategies, and identify emerging trends.
• Manage established tools and technologies efficiently for streamlined operations and continuous optimization.
• Maintain agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing LiveOps challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, LiveOps Managers, and Game Designers to ensure monetization efforts contribute to long-term success and positive player experience.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Passion for gaming, with strong interest or experience in free-to-play games.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Google Suite and/or MS Office, with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies, and player behavior.
• Resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about game monetization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Goodgame Empire and Empire Four Kingdoms products.
• Prior experience planning and operating in-app offers in a live game.
• A history of creating tools to improve workflows, optimally leveraging AI capabilities for automation.
