• Simplify operational complexities to drive customer acquisition and onboarding.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing to optimize product support for sales.
• Actively participate in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
• Experience leading teams.
• 5+ years of relevant PreSales experience.
• 2+ years of experience working for a software sales company.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Executive audience presentation skills and strong executive presence.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and strategically plan.
• Positive presence to motivate and lead others.
