What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success and platform adoption.
• Help customers implement and scale ML pipelines and agentic workflows using hirify.global.
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practices for ML and GenAI workflows across various industries.
• Optimize workflows and share technical expertise with leading AI teams globally.
• Influence the product roadmap based on real-world customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in Python and/or Typescript.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch Lightning) and tools (e.g., Streamlit, LangChain).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and strong experience with Linux/Unix.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to U.S. Government export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI and LLMs.
• Proficiency with HuggingFace, Fastai, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or Ray.
• Experience with hyperparameter optimization solutions.
• Background in data engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps, with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
