Location: US - Remote Eligible. Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity. Occasional work at an hirify.global office or attendance at offsites may be required.

Salary: $191,000–$225,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with customer teams including Customer Support, Search Relevance, and Trust & Safety to deliver high-impact product wins.
• Develop platform and infrastructure to help ML engineers finetune LLM models and train PyTorch/TensorFlow models.
• Build scalable GenAI experiences to support the fast-evolving needs of hirify.global teams using foundational language/vision models.
• Utilize OSS technologies such as Ray, Verl, Llama-Factory, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Airflow, Spark, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience (and/or relevant academic experience).
• Solid understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices.
• Strong coding skills in Python/Java or equivalent.
• Strong experience and knowledge of distributed systems.
• Industry experience building end-to-end Machine Learning or GAI Platforms.
• Experience developing and productionizing machine learning models.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ray, PyTorch, Llama-factory, Verl.
