What you will do

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML features for hirify.global’s platform.
• Build and optimize Generative AI solutions, such as NLP-based models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Data Science, to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code, following best practices in software engineering.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to relevant projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a full-time Engineer at a SaaS or Software company.
• Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, and data structures.
• Programming experience using Java and integrating AI/ML models into production.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, including Generative AI (RAG pipelines, LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering).
• Experience working with Python and using ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, and Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Willingness to be in office 3 days per week in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or other Generative AI platforms.
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Go or Scala.
• Exposure to ML pipelines and frameworks like Kubeflow.
• Knowledge of computer vision or multimodal machine learning techniques.
