What you will do

• Build and maintain React applications for patients, clinicians, and operations teams.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design to define features and ship weekly.
• Translate v0 vibe-coded versions into functional and responsive interfaces.
• Set up internal tooling and dashboards to support operations and data visibility.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Help shape frontend system design, testing practices, and component libraries.

Requirements

• Experience building production-grade web applications in React.
• Comfortable working in TypeScript, CSS frameworks like Tailwind, and modern tooling.
• Shipped user-facing products end-to-end, ideally at a startup or small team.
• Strong intuition for UI/UX and passion for making things simple and beautiful.
• Familiarity with basic backend concepts (APIs, auth, data models) and frontend integration.
• Ability to work from or relocate to Munich or Boston.

Nice to have

• Worked with design systems, form builders, or data dashboards.
• Built projects using Voice AI, v0.dev, or Cursor.
• Participated in hackathons or self-driven AI projects.
• Passion for sleep science, digital health, or behavioral change.
