What you will do

• Build the UI/UX for hirify.global's core products.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to define requirements, designs, and strategy.
• Work on the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Programming experience with Javascript/Typescript and React.
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (reliability, and scaling) of systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of Computer Science in algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience building UI/UX for workflow automation or BI/Data Analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle.
• Experience running or significantly contributing to an open-source project.
• Experience in communicating with users and technical teams.
• Experience influencing software engineers' best practices within your team.
