What you will do

• Plan all facets of AV, including TV, BVOD, Cinema, and Audio.
• Manage a full media team to respond to briefs effectively.
• Conduct campaign reporting to verify recommendation execution.
• Lead and develop the team.

Requirements

• At least four years of AV planning experience.
• Multi-media understanding and 360 AV knowledge across all channels.
• Deep knowledge of industry media planning tools (e.g., Techedge, BARB, TGI, Touchpoints).
• Ability to extract and filter relevant insights and research to support planning decisions.
• Strong personal relationships and communication skills.
• Good leadership skills and talent management.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.

Nice to have

• Knowledge across other AV channels such as Online Video, Addressable TV, OOH TV, Cinema and Radio.
