What you will do
- Own end-to-end paid social creative strategy, from concept to delivery and performance reporting.
- Scale creative volume without compromising quality or results.
- Influence stakeholders and challenge thinking on creative effectiveness for social platforms.
- Balance creative instinct with data and performance insights.
- Manage agencies, creators, and internal teams across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Meta paid social creative strategy.
- Ability to develop insight-led creative strategies, briefs, and testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in analysing performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA) and applying learnings.
- Experience managing high volumes of creative assets at scale.
- Collaboration with paid media teams to scale winning creative and drive acquisition.
- Experience in stakeholder, agency, and junior team management.
