Salary: $226,400—$277,350 USD

What you will do

• Build and mature a scalable Enterprise Security program, defining clear goals, long-term strategy, and roadmaps.
• Establish a standardized security engagement model that enables teams to partner with Security early and throughout design, development, and launch.
• Drive cross-functional security initiatives with Engineering, Trust & Safety, and Security teams to address systemic risks.
• Define and operationalize metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness, track risk reduction, and communicate security posture.

Requirements

• Experience running a technical security program (3-5 years of experience).
• Strong program management, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Technical experience in Enterprise Security domain (Endpoint & Network Security, SaaS Security, Identity and Access Management).
• Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
