What you will do

• Develop and execute hirify.global's SEO/AEO program to increase organic search visibility and ranking for high-intent keywords across markets.
• Develop global social media strategy with localized content approaches for different markets and platforms.
• Create content strategy centered on social proof to drive conversion and build community trust.
• Build community management frameworks for global platforms and local review sites with culturally relevant messaging.
• Manage SEO content agencies and coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality content at scale.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO, social, and community performance metrics to measure impact and inform strategy iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing with proven track record of building and scaling organic channels.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO/AEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building programs.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies across multiple channels.
• Experience developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or content teams to produce high-quality work at scale.
• Native in Portugese and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with international or APAC markets, particularly Japan and Korea.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content optimization and SEO research.
• Experience in language learning, education technology, or subscription businesses.
• Knowledge of video content strategy for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Background managing influencer content programs or creator partnerships.
