What you will do
- Implement hirify.global’s SEO and AEO strategies across web properties in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct ongoing site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, speed, schema markup).
- Manage keyword mapping, metadata, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
- Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance AI and voice search discoverability (AEO).
- Build, update, and optimize web pages for accessibility, user experience, and conversion.
- Maintain and validate website tracking and SEO tools including GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience managing SEO strategies.
- Proven experience managing technical SEO projects, schema implementation, and performance audits.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
- Familiarity with AEO/GEO strategies and structured data optimization.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Nice to have
- Experience with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or other marketing automation tools.
