What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers and Architects, guiding their growth and development.
• Support high-impact pre-sales engagements, including discovery, architecture, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Field SEs, Sales, and Product teams to drive successful solution outcomes and channel customer feedback.
• Partner with regional sales leadership to align technical engagement strategy with revenue goals.
• Refine and scale internal processes for knowledge sharing, enablement, and operational efficiency.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development for team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical pre-sales leadership role, with at least 8 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Fluent English & French.
• Proven track record managing or mentoring SEs or Solutions Architects.
• Experience working in or with high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Familiarity with pre-sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Solution Selling, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in domains such as cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.
