What you will do

• Hire, train, and develop a diverse team of Specialist Solutions Architects in a hyper-growth environment.
• Drive regional consumption targets by strategically deploying technical experts to critical use cases.
• Manage strategic customer engagements to ensure success and prevent churn in key accounts.
• Foster collaboration and positive morale between Field Engineering, Sales, and other internal partners.
• Provide mentorship, handle escalations, and define career paths for assigned team members.
• Act as a technical advisor to resolve concerns on strategic opportunities deemed critical by leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in senior data roles (data warehousing, big data, or ML) with a technical product.
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing technical overlay teams (8+ members), preferably in pre-sales.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to technical executives for strategic data infrastructure decisions.
• Expertise in technical qualification, PoCs, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and promoting technical talent into larger roles.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services.
