What you will do

• Architect end-to-end intelligent systems using various ML tools, moving beyond LLM prompts.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using tools like Airflow, dbt, MLflow, and ZenML for AI products.
• Apply a research-oriented mindset to experiment and solve complex AI problems such as multi-hop reasoning and model quantization.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate and refine models, detecting hallucinations, measuring regression, and ensuring safety and explainability.

Requirements

• Strong ML Fundamentals: Proven experience with traditional ML (XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep feature engineering.
• Deep Learning Expertise: Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, or Transformers, understanding internal model mechanisms.
• The Full-Stack Mindset: Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn), plus experience with the modern data stack (SQL, dbt, Airflow).
• Legal right to work in Spain or Poland is required.
