What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and agentic systems using LLMs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
• Build intelligent automation pipelines for tasks such as incident triage, anomaly detection, and operational decision support.
• Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing infrastructure and workflows.
• Develop and fine-tune models for natural language understanding, system behavior prediction, and autonomous task execution.
• Implement scalable APIs and microservices for AI model serving and orchestration.
• Apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve model performance and contextual accuracy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in AI/ML development, software engineering, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
