Salary: $195,904–$265,046

What you will do

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of exceptional engineers.
• Partner closely with product and design to define roadmap and long-term product strategy.
• Ensure high product quality and excellent technical decisions are made.
• Meet with customers to understand their science and needs from hirify.global.
• Contribute to engineering-wide organizational improvements as part of the management team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with experience as a technical lead on projects involving multiple engineers across multiple quarters.
• Managed engineering teams responsible for a customer-focused product.
• Managed geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to grow early-to-mid-career engineers into leaders with company-wide impact.
• Experience working directly with customers, product, design, and other internal stakeholders to inform your team's roadmap.
• Interest in biotechnology.
