What you will do
- Own Microsoft & Google Ads strategy, including Search, Performance Max, Display, & YouTube.
- Drive scalable growth through continuous testing and optimization while maintaining efficiency targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Manage and optimize monthly budgets, identifying opportunities to reallocate spend.
- Lead keyword strategy, bidding optimizations, targeting, and creative & landing page testing.
- Analyze performance trends, identify insights, and clearly communicate results.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track performance against KPIs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid search and Google Ads.
- Track record of managing & scaling high-budget media programs with measurable ROI.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform, bidding strategies, attribution models, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution modeling.
- Experience in high-growth, SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization best practices.
