What you will do

  • Own Microsoft & Google Ads strategy, including Search, Performance Max, Display, & YouTube.
  • Drive scalable growth through continuous testing and optimization while maintaining efficiency targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Manage and optimize monthly budgets, identifying opportunities to reallocate spend.
  • Lead keyword strategy, bidding optimizations, targeting, and creative & landing page testing.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify insights, and clearly communicate results.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track performance against KPIs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid search and Google Ads.
  • Track record of managing & scaling high-budget media programs with measurable ROI.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform, bidding strategies, attribution models, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience in high-growth, SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization best practices.
