hirify.global is partnering with Google Cloud to integrate Gemini AI models into its Agentforce platform, revolutionizing customer relationship management through advanced AI capabilities.

What you will do

• Drive the vision for enabling hirify.global applications on Google Cloud in collaboration with global teams.
• Manage, hire, and nurture a world-class team (5-10 people) to deliver cloud frameworks and infrastructure automation tools on public cloud platforms.
• Drive execution and delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners.
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
• Make critical decisions, innovate aggressively, and manage risk to ensure product success.
• Act as ScrumMaster for 1-2 engineering teams and occasionally contribute to development tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience leading software development teams with a distinguished track record on technically demanding products.
• Experience in IaC, ideally including Terraform.
• Service ownership experience of cloud-based distributed services running at B2C scale.
• Strong data structure and algorithms skills and extensive programming experience, preferably in object-oriented languages.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, service mesh, and other modern technologies/services on public cloud is desirable.
• Masters / Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• English: C1+ proficiency required (outstanding written and oral communication skills).
