What you will do
- Apply customer insight frameworks (such as Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, Empathy Mapping) to understand customer needs.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies using insights to enhance customer interaction via Bloomreach.
- Design and implement engaging multichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push) tailored to customer segments.
- Leverage analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on robust data.
- Collaborate with product, sales, product marketing, and analytics teams for CRM strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Proficient with Bloomreach or similar CDPs for data management, campaign execution, and analytics.
- Skilled in email design and coding using tools like Stripo.
- Competent in using analytics platforms and/or SQL for data analysis and decision-making.
- Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
