Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA. This position may require access to technology and/or software subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Salary: $141,900 – $210,010 per annum

What you will do

• Design and verify highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Implement and verify circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs.
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools like Spectre and MATLAB.
• Apply innovative solutions to resolve complex issues in analog/mixed-signal design.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies and low power/high speed design techniques.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units against design specifications.
